How it works

Three steps, and you never touch it again

You keep your number and your routine. Calls you don't answer get a reply.

  1. 1

    A call goes unanswered

Your phone carrier sends only the calls you miss to a number we provide. Customers still dial the number on your truck and your Google listing.

  2. 2

They get a text in seconds

A friendly text from a local number asks what they need. The assistant asks one question at a time: the problem, the address and a time that works.

  3. 3

    You get the job

One text with the whole summary lands on your phone. Reply Y to book it, ALT to offer other times, or N to call them yourself. Emergencies reach you right away.

About

$1,755 a month

It won't overpromise

The assistant never confirms an appointment on its own and never quotes a price unless you've put it in your FAQ. Anything else goes to you.

Emergencies jump the line

No heat, a burst pipe or a gas smell triggers an immediate alert. For danger, the customer is told to leave and call 911.

A weekly report in dollars

Missed calls caught, replies, leads and bookings, with an estimate of revenue saved, texted to you every Monday.

You see every conversation

Nothing is hidden. Read any thread, take over any time, and turn it off with the same dial code that turned it on.

Compliant by default

One text per missed call, no repeats inside 24 hours, STOP honored instantly. We handle the carrier registration for you.

Works with what you have

Any business phone number. No new app for your techs and no change to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan.

Questions

Straight answers

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

There's no contract. There's a one-time $49 setup fee, which covers your local number and registering your business with the phone carriers (required for business texting). After that it's month to month, and you can cancel any time by texting us or emailing hello@savedjob.com. If you pay annually, you can ask for the unused months back within the first 30 days under the guarantee.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Customers keep calling the number on your trucks and your Google listing. Your phone carrier forwards only the calls you don't answer to a number we give you, usually with a short dial code. Our setup guide walks you through it, and you can turn it off the same way.

What exactly does the text say?

The first message comes from a local number and reads like this: "Hi, this is [Your Shop]. Sorry we missed your call! What can we help you with?" Replies are handled by an AI assistant that asks one question at a time: what's wrong, the address, and a time that works. You see every conversation.

Will the AI make promises I can't keep?

It's built not to. It never confirms an appointment on its own, and it never quotes a price unless you've put that price in your FAQ. Anything outside what you've told it gets passed to you. Each conversation is capped, then handed to you to finish.

What happens with emergencies like no heat or a burst pipe?

You get an immediate alert by text. If someone describes a safety issue such as a gas smell, the assistant tells them to leave the area and call 911 or the utility, and alerts you at the same time.

How do I book the job?

When the assistant has the problem, the address and a time, you get one text with a summary. Reply Y to confirm the time, or N and call them yourself. The customer gets a confirmation text from your shop's text number when you say yes.
