How it works

  1. You confirm the job

    When you reply Y to a booking, the job and its time window are noted. For jobs that didn't come through a missed call, text DONE and the lead number.

  2. One text, a few hours later

    After the job window ends (3 hours later by default), the customer gets a short, friendly text with your Google review link.

  3. The review goes to Google

    Customers write the review on your Google Business Profile, in their own words. We never write, edit or post reviews for anyone.
