Texting policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

SavedJob sends text messages on behalf of home-service businesses to people who just called them and weren't answered. This page describes how that works.

Consent

By calling a participating business's phone number (including our demo line, (719) 800-7499) and not being answered, you agree to receive customer care text messages from that business about your call and service request. Before the text is sent, the caller hears a recorded notice that a text is coming, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Who gets a text

Only a person who called a participating business's phone number and wasn't answered. We don't text purchased or scraped lists, and we don't text people who haven't called.

How often

One text per missed call, and no second automatic text to the same number within 24 hours. After that first text, further messages are replies in a conversation the person started or continued by texting back.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and then no more.
  • Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@savedjob.com.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who the messages are from

Each text is sent from a local number assigned to the business you called and names that business. Conversations may be handled by an AI assistant, and the business can read and take over any conversation.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing.
