Off: no automatic texts. You can still text DONE and the lead number (like DONE 12) to ask one customer.

Three and five days after the first text, only to customers who haven't texted back. Never to anyone who replied STOP.

Each customer is asked once per job, and not again for six months, only if they texted you. Anyone who replied STOP is never asked.

The law requires a customer's written OK before a review request: the optional box on your booking page, a YES to the one question we text right after their booking is confirmed, or written consent you record on your customers page. Customers without it aren't asked.
