When a lead goes quiet

Follow up with leads who stop replying

One nudge if they never answer our first text, and one offering your next two open times if they stop before picking one. Two at most per lead.

After you quote a job

Follow up on quotes

After you text QUOTE 12 450: a polite check-in 2 days later and again at 5 days, unless they reply, book or opt out. Text WON 12 or LOST 12 when you know.

These texts only go out between 8am and 9pm your time, never to anyone who replied STOP, and they count toward your daily text limit.

If nobody answers a booking request, who gets re-alerted is under Team & on-call.
